Our programs teach functional exercise, nutrition, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, powerlifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope, all to prepare you for AWESOME!

Every Wednesday Performance PT offers a FREE XFit class to those interested in trying us out or visiting from out of town.
This class is a group class that typically features a workout safe and fun for a beginner to perform, yet challenging enough for anyone. Class size is limited, so pre-registration is required. Visit our schedule and sign up for a free trial class.
