At Performance PT and Sports Training our sports training programs are designed to improve overall athleticism and to complement current training.

Our training programs are customized to the individual(s) and to be sport and team relevant, with programs designed for: Football, Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Hockey, Wrestling, Track, Cross-Country, and Golf.

X-Fit Free Intro Workout

Every Wednesday  Performance PT offers a FREE XFit class to those interested in trying us out or visiting from out of town.

This class is a group class that typically features a workout safe and fun for a beginner to perform, yet challenging enough for anyone. Class size is limited, so pre-registration is required. Visit our schedule and sign up for a free trial class.
